Are your gift and subscription boxes letterbox friendly?

Some of our larger gift boxes are little too big for your letterbox - but that’s because they’ve got such awesome things inside!

The contents of my box were damaged in the post - what should I do?

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that.  Get in touch with us straightaway on hello@paperbackdown.com so we can remedy the situation. We’ll need pictures of any damage - both to the box contents and to the external packaging. Please make sure you keep all packaging/damaged goods until advised otherwise.
